Pass To The Future AQHA #3061676

1991 AQHA Chestnut Stallion

This outstanding liver chestnut stallion is an amazing mover with smooth, quiet movement of his legs that result in a flat sweeping stride that is a joy to sit. He is a full brother to Pass To The Stars, the 1992 AQHA High Point Western Pleasure Horse of the Nation. Pass To The Future has proven bloodlines to produce a World Class Performance Horses. With very limited showing he has obtained both performance and halter points (going both reserve and grand champion).

The disposition of this stallion is phenomenal. He is extremely intelligent, very easy to handle and has an aptitude to learn quickly while continually trying to please. To his offspring he passes his quiet, agreeable nature, above-average intelligence, balanced conformation, and pleasure horse movement.

Pass To The Future is from proven World Class lines. His full brother is a testament to that. Pass To The Future is an own son of Barpasser. Barpasser was listed on the AQHA Leading Sires List for close to ten years. Barpasser is the sire of:

Barpassers Best (Superior Western Pleasure Horse, with points in Hunter Under Saddle and Halter);

Ima Big Leaguer (World Champion Western Pleasure Horse, Superior Western Pleasure Horse, Sire of World Champions), the sire of Kay Cee Leaguer (World Champion Western Pleasure Horse, on the AQHA Leading Sires List, Superior Western Pleasure Horse, Producer of multiple Congress Champions and World Champions);

Barpassers Image, who is on the AQHA Leading Sires List in the following divisions: Open, Amateur, and Youth Performance and Youth Halter, and is a Superior Western Pleasure Horse. He is the sire of World Champions and Congress Winners. He passes his renowned success on to his offspring: Invitation Only (who is on the AQHA leading sires list and is the sire of Champions and Congress Winners, World Champions, and ROM performance earners); Barpassers Cody (9th at the 1999 Youth World Show in Showmanship at Halter, 10th at the 1999 Youth World Show in Hunt Seat Equitation, 5th in the Nation All Round Youth Horse); In Zippos Image (Superior Western Pleasure Horse, Superior Amateur Western Pleasure Horse, Lead the Nation in Open and Junior Pleasure Horse, and 2nd in the Nation Amateur Western Pleasure Horse);

Thirsty Barhopper (multiple World Champion, Superior Western Pleasure Horse, Superior Hunter Under Saddle Horse, multiple All Round Horse award winner, ROM performance and ROM halter);

Pass To Riches (multiple World Champion, ROM performance, Superior Hunter Under Saddle);

HeadEmOffAtThePass (2nd in the Nation Pleasure Driving);
Passing Along (Superior Western Pleasure Horse, 3 time All American Congress Finalist);

Pass To The Stars (1992 AQHA High Point Western Pleasure Horse of the Nation, Superior Western Pleasure Horse);
Play The Bar (World Champion Sire and sire of Play My Song, the Hight Point Horse of the Nation in 1999 and 2000, amassing 2,080 points); and,

Peppy Passing Thru (Superior Western Pleasure Horse, Superior Amateur Western Pleasure Horse and Superior Horsemanship, Points in 7 events)

Barpasser set the standards for Western Pleasure horses in the later 70’s and early 80’s, years before AQHA reset the standards of what a Western Pleasure Horse should be. He was years before his time. Unfortunately, he died in midlife and did not have the opportunity to produce the number of offspring he should have. However, he left his mark on the Quarter Horse industry and will not be forgotten. He was truly a superior sire.
Barpasser passed his incredible movement and wonderful disposition on to his sons and daughters who in turn pass in on to their sons and daughters. Barpasser’s progeny continue to set the standards in the Quarter Horse Industry. They are Champions who produce Champions.
Pass To The Future is the sire of futurity money earners. His get demonstrate the phenomenal talents of their grand-sire. Pass To The Future stands just shy of 15.3hh.
Syndicated out of California as a yearling, Pass To The Future was to compete at the 1993 AQHA World Show in 2 year old Western Pleasure. Unfortunately the Syndicate collapsed just short of the World Show and Pass To The Future never got his chance to truly shine. Pass To The Future stood his first season in 1995 with Cascade Creek Quarter Horses in Mission, British Columbia then moved to Washington State in 1996. In the 1995 and 1996 breeding season his stud fee was $1000 US. From 1998 to 2002 he stood at High Country Equestrian Centre, home of TKM Quarter Horses in Lac La Hache, British Columbia with a stud fee of $700 Cnd.
Pass To The Future is sound, he has never been hurt or injured. He has no vices, or had habits.

Pass To The Future was originally trained by carol metcalf.

Foals produced by Pass To The Future will be Incentive Fund Eligible.
